Monica Patel

Monica is the Program Coordinator, Data & Research for the Shatterproof Treatment Atlas data team.  Monica’s role is to coordinate specific research and data efforts prioritized by the Treatment Atlas team including survey deployment, technical assistance and research projects. Monica will also provide support in efforts related to the Treatment Atlas data system and databases. 

Before joining the Shatterproof team, Monica worked with nonprofit organizations in the UK and USA. She held roles such as Senior Support Manager at a refuge for domestic violence and abuse victims, Program and Quality Improvement Coordinator at a residential treatment facility for children who faced abuse and trauma, and Research & Evaluation Technician at an organization providing behavioral health services to children and youth. Monica enjoys coordinating projects, working with data and analyzing outcomes and is excited to be part of the Shatterproof team.

Monica has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex. Monica was born and raised in a small town in United Kingdom but now resides in Houston, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places and eateries, as well as doing art & crafts and DIY projects.
