Howard Finkelstein is the President of Finkelstein & Co., a Greenwich, CT based consulting firm.
Mr. Finkelstein had a 19 year association with Metromedia Company and its partners, Mr. John Kluge and Mr. Stuart Subotnick. Mr. Finkelstein served as the President or the Chief Operating Officer of four Metromedia owned or affiliated businesses, including three in the data and telecommunications field: Abovenet/Metromedia Fiber Network; Metromedia International Telecommunications, Inc; and Metromedia Communications Corporation. He retired from Metromedia in April 2000.
Subsequently, he has served as a Special Advisor at General Atlantic Partners, member of Advisory Board of New Mountain Capital, LLC, NYC Connect LLC, Witricity Inc. and on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Science Center.
Mr. Finkelstein holds an M.S. in Management (MBA) from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he also attained his B.S. Degree.
