Andrew Rowe is an entrepreneurial leader and investor with 40 years of experience building and leading successful companies in the healthcare, technology, manufacturing and professional service sectors.  He is committed to leading mission-driven businesses and organizations where great teams come together to create remarkable impact.   He is active as an angel investor, mentor and board member, providing leadership to national and global community service organizations that make a difference. Areas of involvement include healthcare policy, youth leadership development, education, entrepreneurship and protecting our planet.

Andrew serves as CEO and co-owner of AllMed Healthcare Management, a national healthcare services & technology company that partners with leading payers and providers to improve the quality and integrity of healthcare. The company is a recognized leader in physician peer review services which increase patient access to care, control overutilization and improve physician performance.

Andrew served as Executive Vice President, shareholder and Board member of Cascade General (now Vigor Industrial) in Portland, Oregon.  Andrew co-led the acquisition and turnaround of the company, which emerged as a US market leader in large-scale ship repair and conversion. 

Andrew spent 10 years at Adept Technology, a Silicon Valley start-up which grew to international leadership in assembly robotics, factory automation controls and software supplied to Fortune 500/Global 2000 manufacturers. Andrew was Vice President of Adept’s International Division, which he started and built.

His early career was in international business and leadership development, including several years of overseas assignments in Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Andrew is a member of the Board of Advisors of Shatterproof, which is working to create systemic change in response to the opioid crisis; Past President of AIESEC Alumni International, a global leadership development organization; past President of NAIRO, a national healthcare industry trade association; and has served on several other non-profit boards, including Rotary, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN).

Andrew holds a BA “with distinction” in International Economics and Latin American studies from George Washington University. He is fluent in several foreign languages.  He lives in Portland, Oregon, is married to Bennett Burns and has two adult sons, Daniel (29) and Gabriel (27).
