Susie McClintock is the Human Resources Manager at Shatterproof. She manages the day-to-day human resources activities of the organization including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and education, and employee relations. Susie has over 20 years of professional HR experience in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Susie developed her human resources and leadership experience working in corporate and remote locations where she directed talent acquisition, benefits & compensation, policy implementation, performance management, training, employee relations and human resource generalist functions. She has served as the Director of Human Resources with Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the YMCA of Central Florida. Prior to working in the non-profit arena, Susie served in the capacity of Regional Human Resources Manager for Loomis, US covering Maryland, DC, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Susie earned a BS in Business Administration from Florida A & M University (FAMU) and a MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. She holds a Certified Professional in Human Resources certification with HRCI (PHR). She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Susie earned a service scholarship for college and has a strong passion for giving back to underserved communities. She has volunteered her time and talents to support programs of interest for more than 40 years. She is based in Florida.
