Tim Kobosko, Chief Information Office (CIO)

Tim Kobosko is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Shatterproof.  He leads the technology and digital strategy for the organization as it strives to reverse the addiction crisis in the United States.   

Tim has significant experience in leading technology and digital initiatives in the non profit sector.  He has been the technology executive at the Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation, USO and Special Olympics International.  In addition, he has consulting with numerous non profits as a Chief Information Officer.

Tim graduated from the United States Naval Academy and holds post graduate degrees from The Johns Hopkins University (MAS) and Loyola College in Maryland (MBA).

Tim lives in Severna Park, Maryland with his wife Carolyn.  Carolyn is a Kindergarten teacher at the local Elementary school.  They have two children.  Kate is a graduate student at Emmerson College in Boston and Kevin attends the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis.
