Breanna Wheeler is the Fundraising Coordinator for Shatterproof. She provides support for the fundraising team throughout events and projects. She has been with Shatterproof since February 2016.  

Before Shatterproof, Breanna assisted in data collection and analysis for a special project at the Texas Office of the Attorney General to reduce child support payments for incarcerated parents. She has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Religious Studies. She traveled to Turkey after receiving the Gilman Scholarship to study Turkish language and literature. Breanna currently resides in Austin, TX, where she often engages with her community through local events and activism.  

Breanna has a personal connection to addiction and believes in compassion and empathy as crucial to overcoming the stigma associated with substance use and mental health disorders. She deeply appreciates working with an organization that aligns with those values.
