Tell us about your loved one.
Mark was a father, son, uncle, grandson, and friend. He had the biggest heart and would go out of his way to help anyone. His daughter was the love of his life and so so precious to him.
Tell us about Mark's struggle with addiction
Mark lost his cousin that he was extremely close to in 2008, the same year I became pregnant with out daughter. He self medicated with pills to ease the pain of losing his cousin and after our daughter was born his addiction seemed to progressively get worse. He was at the bottom and realizing he needed help, but he never got that chance. He lost his battle on Valentine's Day of this year.
What made Mark smile?
His daughter, Makenzie.
