The National Addiction Memorial honors the loved ones we’ve lost.

My son was a kind soul with a heart of gold. He was so smart and loving. His hugs were the best you could ever ask for. He beat cancer, a terrible surgery, but, was overcome by an addiction. Missed every second of every day.

Kevin had an infectious laugh that would warm your heart. For such a young man he had great empathy and an enormous love for his family.

I miss his smile, his laugh, and most of all his hugs.
Watching him portray such love and care for all was a true blessing. His knowledge of computers was amazing (he always showed me or fixed whatever problem I would encounter) pure genius in the field of technology.
Seeing how he looked up to his big sister, Jessica, and how he held her on such a pedestal was heartwarming.

As a loving and kind son and brother. His love of family was top priority for him.

He was youngest son with a spirit of fire. Caring for family and friends. Always looking out for other’s rather than himself.

The phone calls or text messages every day

A great brother to his other brothers, and a good friend to hangout with

He came into this world with both feet. He was sweet,loving,funny, and lit up every room. He was devoted to his family. He was a shooting star. He touched everyone he met. He was my momma’s boy.
He made people laugh because he wanted everyone happy

Watching stand up comedy ,tv with him and our private talks.
They way we all had fun every holiday.
His random prank calls to me.
His smile. His eyes. His voice. The way he was protective and loving to me.
The way he loved me and cheered me on even when I was failing.
The way he shared his gentle, kind heart and always looked out for the underdog. How he loved music.
The way he made us all laugh hysterically because he loved to see his loved ones experiencing sheer joy.
Lastly, I loved his soul.

The joy and loved he had for us in his family. His laugh. His love of music, comedy, and the Dallas Cowboys. His face and funny expressions. His prank calls to me in different accents. The way he lit up every room and made everyone happy. His love for his sisters and niece. His deep love for his father.
The way he was proud of being a die hard Momma’s boy. The marriage he won’t have. The children he won’t have. Watching him find his way and become a grown man. Every moment till the day I die.

As a kind and loving person who loved his family deeply. Who hid his feelings to protect his family because he didn’t want them to worry. As someone friends could count on for undying loyalty and laughter. As the kind of man he wanted to become. As someone who literally would give his life for his family. As someone who impacted his family so much that his hole in their lives now is difficult to live with. As a loyal. loving, generous, joyous, gentle man trying to find his way.

He was a person with a sense of humor and one who give someone the shirt off of his back. He was a dreamer, he would have loved to accomplish the impossible.

He and I were in a car accident. I was hurt and so was the other driver. He took care of me and once he knew I was okay he went to the other driver and took care of him. He gave him the shirt off of his back, literally.

As the person he was, the person who loved his life to the fullest with the saying “live, love and laugh”

I miss him calling me ma. Asking questions . Running down steps . High hugs . His laughter . His smile . His love .

They would like to be remembered as T Røøts to his friends . The tyler they knew and loved . He would want me to remember how much he loved me . Tyler would want his little brother to remember that he loved him more than anything and wanted to be the best brother ever .

One of the most thoughtful people I have ever known! I miss his calls/texts to check on me or just to say hi and make me laugh! He was an amazing father who loved his daughter w his whole heart!

Funny and a good father

She was a loving, giving, caring person. She loved her kids with all her heart. She enjoyed music, coloring, and being outdoors. She had a very silly/funny personality. She would always make people laugh.

Krista was in the hospital after heart surgery and seen a commercial for Burker Kings cheesy tots, she said when she was off the surgery diet she wanted to try them to the nurses as well. As the days went on she would holler cheesy tots from her room and the nurses would holler it back. The day came that she could finally have them and she thought they were gross, she gave them all away.

For herself, she was not a person to hide her lifestyle she admitted it but i think she would want people to remember when she was able to be a mom and live a normal life.

Missed him since my our late teens. Never really got to know him as an adult because of his struggles with addiction.
Will always remember his smile, his dimples, infectious laugh and mostly his heart of gold.

Sean was a genuine guy in so many ways. He was loved by everyone who met him. He had so many friends form all over. He will be truly missed by so many friends and family.

Seeing him in his favor out place either on the lake or on the ocean. Also the times he would make us all laugh with his wise ass remarks .

Teaching him to skateboard when he was 8 years old .

His kind heart great sense of humor and how his smile could light up a room .

He had a tough life & never was able to get ahead of his addiction. He lost his fight before my 18th birthday. He never got to see me go to college or meet his grandkids.

Anytime we spent together. Its the memories that make his death a little easier to deal with.

Everything. He understood me. He never judged me.

A good dad to two successful kids.

Colin was a very special child from the day he was born. He was a New England Patriots fan n loved to play paintball. Colin was good at everything he did because he tried, he always challenged himself on the field and was your best friend.

The love he showed his mother on a daily basis.

The care & love he showed his family.

Colin would have liked to be remembered as the awesome paintballer that he was.
