Timothy Hughes is the Customer Support Coordinator for Shatterproof. He monitors Shatterproof’s call center and email database, providing answers to inquiries about the organization and its events.
Before Shatterproof, Timothy worked as an account manager and support coordinator for an online media startup and at a private financial firm monitoring debt security trading. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a minor in English. Timothy currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
Timothy shares Shatterproof’s mission statement in ending the stigma associated with addiction. Managing the Shatterproof customer support department has allowed him to connect with others who share this drive and passion.
