Marie DiMasso

Daughter, Mother, Grandmother, Life’s Light

What Marie was like

My mom was a true light in this world. She was a wonderful friend, she was loud and chaotic (in the best way), she lived for her family, and she always put others first. No one else in this world will ever compare to her or replace her.

Fondest memories of Marie

My favorite memory is watching her and my daughter blow out birthday candles together; they share a birthday.

How Marie will be missed

I miss the advice she gave me and the way she stood up for me when no one else would. I miss the dozens of texts and voicemails I’d get from her every day. I miss cooking with her, listening to our favorite pidcast together, and I miss witnessing the wonderful grandma she was to my daughter. Most of all, I miss her contagious laugh and her sarcastic humor.

How Marie will be remembered

She is remembered through small acts of kindness. Above all, she was kind and wouldn’t want to be remembered as anything less.
