Lynne joined the Shatterproof team in 2016, and most recently served as the Vice President of Grassroots & Community Engagement. She recently stepped back from her full-time role to provide live-in care to her family’s matriarch.
Lynne now serves as a consultant to Shatterproof, overseeing the Ambassador, Junior Council, and Volunteer programs while ensuring smooth transitions with the support of the Marketing & Community Engagement and Advocacy teams.
She’s actively involved with training new advocates and volunteers, and identifying and responding to emerging community engagement opportunities.
Lynne brings 30-plus years of professional executive experience in nonprofit development, strategy, communications, team building, and fundraising to this role. A native of New Jersey, she is a graduate of Douglass College at Rutgers University where she earned in BA in Journalism and minored in Political Science.
She resides in Virginia’s Shenandoah County. She and her husband have three adult children and enjoy time with their grandchildren. Lynne spends her free time appreciating the mountains, serving on community boards and initiatives, and enjoys cooking and entertaining.
