Ashley Narvaez is a Program Coordinator at Shatterproof. In her role, she supports the National Stigma Initiative with project management for state stigma campaigns. Prior to joining Shatterproof, Ashley worked for Brigham and Women's Hospital optimizing patient-facing programs and workflows to improve patient outcomes. Previous to working in healthcare system settings, Ashley worked on public health initiatives aimed at increasing patient access to medication-assisted treatment. Ashley has a background in health policy and is passionate about health equity. She has a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her undergraduate work at the Ohio State University.
