Clivette (She/Her) is a native of Jamaica with a love for biotechnology and critical thinking. Clivette graduated Magna cum Laude from Fayetteville State University with a degree in Organismal Biology. During her time in school, Clivette served as president of her university’s wellness club advocating for sexual education and mental health awareness. She gained extensive experience in healthcare, laboratory research, and data analysis. There is also where she researched Pyocynanin regulation in the bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Upon graduation, Clivette spent time acquiring additional skills, studying abroad, and giving back to local communities. She also took this time to lead a small non-profit organization in Kingston, Jamaica alongside her mother to support local hospitals and charities.

During her free time, Clivette enjoys trying new skincare products, listening to music, and traveling. She is excited to be apart of Shatterproof as a Program Coordinator and is eager to continue making meaningful contributions to those all around the world.
