Jeff Shuck is the founder and president of More For Many, a consultancy that helps purpose-driven organizations uncover opportunities, find audiences, spread ideas, and grow impact. Over the last 35 years, he has consulted with hundreds of nonprofits and purpose-driven businesses on strategic planning, fundraising growth, social impact, executive leadership, and building large-scale movements.
Jeff launched More For Many in 2025 after leading the consulting firm Plenty for twelve years. Before that, he spent eleven years as co-founder and CEO of Event 360, an early pioneer in peer-to-peer fundraising. Under his leadership, the two firms created and led campaigns that collectively raised over a billion dollars for charity.
Jeff graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester and holds master’s degrees in both business administration and predictive analytics from Northwestern University. He is co-author of Leading With Light: Choosing Conscious Leadership When You’re Ready For More and several published works of original music.
Jeff lives outside of South Bend, Indiana, with his wife Jeanie, four children, and two dogs.
