Mary Miller is the Senior Vice President of Shatterproof. In this role, she is responsible for leading external relations and advancing strategic partnerships that will serve our mission to reverse the course of the addiction crisis in the United States. Mary is tasked with developing and executing activation opportunities and engagements for grass tops partners, business leaders and philanthropies to expand the movement. She will focus on relationships with funders, industry leaders, collaborators, companies and associations and support their involvement in Shatterproof’s programs.
Mary brings more than a decade of experience in building mission-driven partnerships with individuals, corporations and foundations to her work at Shatterproof, and believes that everyone has a critical role to play in solving this national public health crisis. Mary is a veteran of several national non-profits and brings experience with public policy, systems change, and movement building. Her previous functions include coalition building, external relations, fundraising and grassroots activation. Most recently, Mary served as Senior Director of Foundation and Member relations for Stand Together, a membership organization that leverages the country’s top business leaders and philanthropists to solve society’s most pressing problems. She was responsible for building strategic partnerships to drive meaningful impact in education, communities, business, and government and to help all people improve their lives.
Mary received a BA from McGill University in Montreal and resides in Virginia with her husband and two daughters.
