Monica is the Product Manager for the Shatterproof Treatment Atlas team, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Treatment Atlas platform runs smoothly and delivers a seamless user experience. She leads efforts to manage website functionality, oversee improvements and deployments, and supports the development and maintenance of the Treatment Atlas data systems and databases.
Monica brings a rich background in nonprofit work across both the UK and the US. Her previous roles include Senior Support Manager at a refuge for survivors of domestic violence, Program and Quality Improvement Coordinator at a residential treatment facility for children affected by trauma, and Research & Evaluation Technician at a behavioral health organization serving youth. This diverse experience has shaped her passion for data-driven impact and meaningful project outcomes.
With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Essex, Monica blends a thoughtful, analytical mindset with a deep-rooted commitment to improving lives through meaningful, mission-driven work. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, spending time with family, and getting creative with DIY projects.
