Suda Suvarna joined Nuaav as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member in November 2, partnering with the founding team to lead the company's mission in leveraging AI and data for enterprise transformation.
Suda is a highly accomplished technology executive with significant global experience leading complex business transformation initiatives, building world-class technology organizations, and consulting for multi-billion-dollar corporations.
Prior to joining Nuaav,Suda served as the Global and US Chief Solutions Officer at Deloitte, where he led the US Deloitte Application Studios (DAS) and Worldwide DevHub, delivering quality solutions to all business units of Deloitte—including Consulting, Audit, Risk & Financial Advisory, Tax, and Government & Public Services—along with data & analytics, mobile, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Intranet, and all back-office applications. In this role, Suda was responsible for developing, socializing, and implementing IT applications and innovation strategy; creating and executing programs, strategies, and processes that optimize software development activities; and managing an ecosystem of partners from India, Argentina, Colombia, Ukraine, the Philippines, and Malaysia. He was accountable for leading over 1,200 products supported by 8,000+ global associates and a robust development partner ecosystem. Suda led Deloitte’s digital transformation vision, successfully deploying technologies such as blockchain, IoT, predictive analytics, virtual reality, and intelligent automation using RPA, chatbots, and AI/ML across numerous products.
Before his time at Deloitte, Suda served as CIO at Press Ganey, where he was instrumental in transforming the IT organization ahead of the company’s successful IPO in May 2015. Prior to that, he served as VP of IT at Ascension Health, a $20+ billion healthcare provider with 150,000 associates, where he led one of the largest business transformation initiatives in the healthcare industry. Suda also held the role of Vice President of Information Solutions and Shared Services at YRC Worldwide, a global $9+ billion transportation and logistics company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and a postgraduate diploma in computer management from the University of Mumbai.
Suda is married to his wife Stephanie and enjoys spending time with his two grown children. He is an avid reader, audiophile, cyclist, and musician.
