Henry Harbin, MD, Advisor to The Bowman Family Foundation, is a psychiatrist with over 50 years of experience in the behavioral health field.

He has held a number of senior positions in both public and private health care organizations including AARP, The Kennedy Forum, Business Group on Health, the American Psychiatric Association Foundation's Center for Workplace Mental Health, CMS/CMMI, and Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute.

Dr. Harbin also serves as a board member of Mental Health Association of Maryland and BrainFutures and as an advisor to the Bowman Family Foundation.
