Stephen Anthony Garland Figueroa

My son, my heart.

What Stephen was like

He was my everything. He loved me enough that he even proclaimed that he wasn't embarrassed to be a Mama's boy. As sad and broken hearted as I am, I'm so grateful that God blessed me w such a beautiful unconditional love between a mother & her son

Fondest memories of Stephen

As a little toe head boy. There's too many things & times to list.
I do remember one day when he was about 2 years old, I looked into his eyes and said: You've got such beautiful blueberry crowns for eyes and he smiled ear to ear and I got a picture of that moment.

How Stephen will be missed

I miss him. I miss our daily conversations. I miss his hugs and love. I miss hearing his voice and him say: "Hey Ma" and on his voice mail message: I love you Ma, God bless and have a good day.
I'm also so very grateful that we got to exchange our "I love you's",
2 hours before he passed away.

How Stephen will be remembered

Not for his addiction or the things he did wrong as a result of addiction. I want to hear his name. To the ones who loved Stevie, they know just how big his heart was.
He unknowingly ingested Fentanyl that fateful morn.
