Shatterproof, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the devastation the disease of addiction causes families, is growing its impact by bringing national experts on as advisors. In his role as advisor, Dr. Ostrovsky will contribute to helping translate science into scalable impact through Shatterproof’s initiatives.

Dr. Ostrovsky brings to the role a wealth of healthcare policy, technology, operations, and behavioral health experience. At Solera Health, Dr. Ostrovsky is expanding their provider network curation and value-based payment to the behavioral health space. Prior to Solera Health, he was responsible for leading an addiction treatment center situated at the front lines of the opioid use disorder crisis in Baltimore, Maryland. Previously he held an executive position at the U.S. Medicaid program, the nation's largest health insurer responsible for reimbursing treatment for opioid use disorder.
