Shatterproof Appoints Jill Davis as Chief Development Officer

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Shatterproof, a national nonprofit organization and leader in transforming how the healthcare system addresses and treats substance use disorder, today announced that Jill Davis has joined the organization as Chief Development Officer, effective February 17, 2026.

Davis brings more than 20 years of experience leading high-impact fundraising and growth strategies across mission-driven organizations in health and social change. Most recently, she served as Chief Growth Officer at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, where she led enterprise-wide fundraising, marketing, communications, and community engagement efforts, overseeing a national team and a diversified, multimillion-dollar revenue portfolio.

Throughout her career, Davis has been recognized as a builder—bringing together strategy, storytelling, data, and relationships to create sustainable growth. She has deep experience across individual giving, peer-to-peer fundraising, corporate partnerships, and integrated campaigns, and has partnered closely with CEOs and Boards to help organizations scale impact during periods of growth and change.

She will lead the organization’s Development function and oversee Marketing, Advancement, and Peer-to-Peer teams, bringing these groups together around a unified, relationship-driven growth strategy that supports Shatterproof’s mission and long-term goals.
