Stephen D’Antonio is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Programs for Shatterproof. His mission is to deliver the very best evidenced-based information about the disease of addiction and treatment practices to the employees of major corporations and business associations.
Stephen is a 2018 Advanced Leadership Fellow from Harvard University. In that program, Stephen committed to learning the latest science on addiction through course work in neuroscience, psychology, psychopharmacology and public health. He helped develop the podcast series “My Child is an Addict” which educates and supports parents dealing with a child suffering from substance use disorder. Stephen has been trained in Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), the most effective approach for family members to get loved ones into treatment.
Before retiring to pursue addiction work, Stephen had a thirty-year career at Morgan Stanley where he built, restructured and managed a variety of businesses. He held numerous senior leadership roles in Fixed Income including Chief Operating Officer, Global Head of Securitized Products, National Sales Manager, and Global Head of E-Commerce. Stephen was a member of the 40-person Firm Management Committee.
Stephen received an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
