Ryan was intelligent, creative, sensitive, compassionate. He loved photography, the Grateful Dead, his laptop and his dog, Lexi. After an 18 year struggle against substance abuse God gave him refuge and took him home. Ryan and I shared a unique mother child relationship. We were best friends. He was insecure.
