Smart, caring, kind, loving, and handsome
Patrick was a smart, kind, caring, son, and brother who loved his family with all that he had! Patrick had to work hard at everything he did. He would always be there to help his parents, brother, and grandmother whenever he could!
Patrick was very close to his grandmother who passed when he was estranged from his family for a short time and came home four hours after she passed. That was very difficult for him. Patrick passed because of fentanyl after a relapse.
He will be forever missed but never forgotten! My son’s life mattered!
